Send Email Invoice
Use Site Orders & Tracking and New Event, Select Invoice event to create an email invoice to your customer. The invoice includes the sales order prices and any extra charges added to the order such as shipping and art.
Invoice in Word
You can use the eStore sales order to send a copy of the sales order or invoice to your customer
- Use Sales Orders & Tracking and select the order
- Use Edit Order Data to make any changes to the sales order
- Select the Export Invoice to Word option. The eStore company logo is added to the word document if the option is activated. Use Site > Site Info to activate the option
Add standard terms and save the document. Print or email the order or invoice to the customer.
The word file has the order ID in the file name for ease of reference and retrieval.
The sales order is exported as a .DOC file. It can be opened in MS Word or various other editors. Your operating system opens the file in default editor set for .DOC file. Change default editor by
