Orders - Reorders
Use Orders > Reorders to find an existing order for the shopper, make any necessary adjustments and place a reorder. The reorder process steps are:
- Use Reorder option on manager menu
- Enter order ID of the original order
- Original order displays - click on order ID of the original order
- Original order detail displays - scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Reorder
- Product page displays. It is populated with the color, size, quantity, decoration etc from the original order.
- Edit the product page and place as a regular order. You can change the specifications of the original order.
*TIP eStore Unique Company Store products can’t be reordered using this option
*TIP Alert - If the product has changed and the original order attributes are no longer available an alert message displays "Reorder is not available for this order"
