Unique Products - Activate Inventory
Inventory can be tracked and availability displayed to shoppers for Company Store unique products. Use the Company Store Policy option to activate inventory tracking and select the shopper inventory availability display format. The shopper inventory display can be the inventory balances or “Yes or No Availability”.
Unique Products - Inventory Balances
Use Company Store Unique Product Inventory to Add and Edit inventory data. The unique product information displays with an option to Edit Inventory. You can enter information for each SKU – (product / color / size combination). Specify SKU, inventory balance, reorder point, and shipping information.
Shopper Order Process and Inventory
If activated, inventory availability displays with the balance or Yes or No availability. Inventory availability is checked when the order is placed in the cart and again when the order is checked out of the cart. The inventory balance is updated when an order is placed or when an order is canceled. A reorder email is sent to you when the inventory balance falls below the reorder point.
