Product, Order & Customer Reports
Reports are used to manage quotes sent to customers, orders placed, analyze shopper sales activity and site traffic. Report Writers allow the data fields in the report to be selected and custom reports to be created.
Use Reports > Executive Snapshot to view and compare eStore sales for three variable time periods. Sales results can be displayed in a graph or chart.
Order Report Writer
Use Reports > Order Report Writer to view orders, order status and orders for a selected time period and payment method. Report data can be exported to Excel
Sales Report Writer
Use Reports > Sales Report Writer to analyze sales by shopper and / or Company Store. The report filters orders by a date range, shopper and Company Store / customer. The report can identify shoppers that spent over a given amount. Report data can be exported to Excel
Use Reports > Traffic Snapshot to view the shopper traffic on the eStore and the search terms used by the shoppers on the eStore and Company Stores.
Order Follow Up Report Writer
A follow up date can be assigned to each quote and order. Use Report > Order Follow Up Report Writer to monitor the follow up dates. Report data can be exported to Excel
Open Orders Report Writer
Use Reports > Order Report Writer to view orders that have not been shipped and may require attention. Report data can be exported to Excel
