Supplier eCatalog - Products & Orders
Suppliers use a Buttonwood eCatalogs to store their product information and manage POs sent electronically to supplier eCatalogs at cost price for fulfillment.
Your eStore website is populated with the products from supplier eCatalogs. Interaction between eCatalogs and your eStore is dynamic. When the supplier adds products or changes the product data such as colors and pricing on their eCatalog the information is reflected on your eStore. The supplier maintains the product data which insures it is accurate and complete on your eStore.
Supplier eCatalog - Price Levels
Supplier eCatalogs have price levels:
· MSRP suggested retail price
· NET distributor cost price – POs are sent to suppliers with NET price
The supplier assigns a cost price level to your eStore. Depending on what you have negotiated with each supplier, the price level, which is usually NET, can be NET EQP and be adjusted by a percent. Set up charges can be free. Suppliers can designate individual products as EQP exempt.
Your POs are sent to the supplier eCatalogs at the cost price level assigned to your eStore.
Supplier Relationship Management
Use Site > Supplier Relationship Management to request a relationship and manage the interaction between your eStore and supplier eCatalog. The supplier responds to your request by activating the relationship, entering your account ID and assigning your eStore a cost price level.
You receive an email confirmation from the supplier.
Shopper Sell Price on eStore Website & Company Store
Use Site > eStore Quick Update to designate if the shopper sell price for supplier website and Theme Store products should be MSRP or cost + markup. Specify the markups.
Use Company Store Quick Update to designate if the shopper sell price for supplier website products and products selected from supplier eCatalogs should be MSRP or cost + markup. Specify the markup. A chart is available to convert margin to markup

Products sell price is set at cost + 60 %

View Supplier Information
Supplier contact information, cost price level and FAQs display when you view a product from the manager access. This data is not available to shoppers on your eStore. Use the email option at the top of the Product pages to send a message to the supplier if the product data is not correct.
